With a little bit of nourishment, the seeds of despair turn into the weeds of the apocalypse...and they just continue to grow and overtake anything in their path.
So, while you are working so hard at trying to build and maintain your business, you find you have another task at hand...trying to get rid of the weeds that are overtaking your desire to succeed.
The weeds grow in the light, and they grow in the dark. They hardly need any nourishment at all to not only sustain themselves, but expand and populate your mind with more doubt that you can possibly handle.
A little to philosophical? Perhaps.
While weeds take seconds and minutes to grow and flourish, success takes weeks, months and years. And if you keep working at it day by day, success becomes the beanstalk that reaches to the sky and beyond, with you at the top of it.
A $100 investment in a bank will still look like $100 tomorrow or next week. But after 1 year, it will be more than $100. And if left alone to reap the benefits of compound interest, that $100 grows faster and faster with the passing of time.
And time is the real income producer. Most businesses do not get rich quick overnight. And if they do, they probably never last very long; in fact, they probably were not designed to be sustainable. Just make a quick dollar and move on to something else. At the expense of the unsuspecting buyer.
How do you combat the seeds of despair that turn into the weeds of the apocalypse?
Stop thinking about them. Don't let them occupy your mind. Think about your next step in your business. Advertise your banners and your products everywhere you can. Share the business opportunity with whoever might be interested.

Starting out, it is a slow process. That is normal. But, if you believe in the business and products, you will just naturally become a better salesperson.
